Mary Edna Sparks-Secrest 7/8/1920-4/5/2000

My Nanny introduced me to the mysteries of the life and death.  She encouraged and supported me in the search for my own life's truth, a truth which you will find, in part, in this web site.  She lived her life as a dedicated sister who at the age of thirteen, with the help of her father, raised 5 younger brothers and one sister after the death of their mother.  In this life she was a loving sister, wife, mother, and worked as a nurse and life-long caregiver for others.  Edna was a researcher of Edgar Casey readings, near death experience, theology of the occult, and loved a good murder mystery.  Edna was proud to be part Cherokee, and was known for her talents in fortune telling.  Her integrity made a difference in my life, and our love for each other is eternal.
